At the Sail Loft, St Helier with CI Liquor Co and Gemmology Rocks Nestled on the Maritime South Pier, we welcome you to the Old Sail Loft Distillery. Once echoing with the sounds of sailors and traders, this historic location is now home to the CI Liquor Company. The building’s timeless charm blends with their passion for creating handcrafted spirits. Each bottle tells a story of craftmanship and of our Island’s Heritage.

Join us for an entertaining evening of Gin and Gemstones with a talk on selected gemstones with the fascinating Kerry Gregory of Gemmology Rocks.

Each gemstone will be accompanied with a tasting of our very own Channel Islands Liquor Company gins and tonics, crafted here in Jersey and especially selected to match the sparkling gems presented by Kerry.

The evening will be rounded off with a light bite charcuterie board by Jersey Kitchen, providing a wide selection of British and Continental cheeses, cooked meats, and salad.
